You know there is a better life for you.

You know you are capable of much more.

You know it is possible if you truly desire it.

So what are you waiting for?

Chances are you have habits (or people) in your life that are preventing you from leveling up

There is a habit you have that is not a good one.

Ask yourself these questions:

If I stopped doing (fill in the blank), what would happen? What would replace it?

For people:

If I burned the bridge with this person(s), what would happen?

WHAT WOULD REPLACE THESE HABITS OR THESE PEOPLE?

This is where it starts. Start with something small and go from there.

  • Replace drinking alcohol with drinking water.

  • Replace smoking with going to the gym.

  • Replace a toxic relationship with a healthy relationship with yourself.
